DIBS Volunteer Requirement
DIBS are volunteer shifts that help Dickinson Soccer Club run games, concessions, field needs, and club events throughout the season.
Each family is required to complete one DIBS shift per season. Only one person per family needs to sign up.
A $200 volunteer deposit is required. This deposit is held to make sure shifts are completed. If you sign up for a DIBS shift and do not show up or complete it, you will lose your $200 deposit.

Volunteer Deposit & NSF Policy
All families are required to submit a $200 volunteer (DIBS) deposit each season. This deposit helps ensure all volunteer requirements are fulfilled.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) / Failed Payments
If a payment is returned or fails for any reason:
- You will be notified and required to submit a new payment within 5 days
- A $25 NSF fee will be added to your balance
- Your player’s participation may be paused until payment is resolved
- Unpaid balances may result in removal from the program
